Come and See Foundation, Inc. (“CAS”, "us", "we", or "our") is a North Carolina Non-Profit Corporation that operates all respective sites and mobile applications related to The Chosen, however accessed (collectively the "Sites"). This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Sites and the choices you have associated with that data. This Privacy Policy applies to all our Sites, mobile applications, live events, contests, and other products and services (collectively the “Services”). By using the Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information collection and use
We may collect information, including your name, address, email address, and phone number when you communicate with us or sign up for one of our Services. You also may provide additional information to us such as your birthdate, content preferences, communication content or payment information. We also gather information about how visitors navigate our Sites by using data gathered with cookies. This type of information is collected automatically and includes the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; passwords used for our Sites; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Site(s), including date and time; cookie number; and Services that you viewed or searched for. If you send us a review, post content on our social media sites, or respond to a survey, we collect your submission content. Sources from which we collect your information

As noted above, we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with us or our Services - such as when you sign up or register to use any of our Services; sign-up for a contest; participate in an online survey emailed to you; visit our booth at a local event. We may get personal information about you from social media services online if you sign up for any of our Services using your social media account. Additionally, we and our third-party analytics partners collect personal information about you when you visit us through the web or your mobile device via cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. We use network advertisers to serve advertisements on non-affiliated websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). This enables us and these network advertisers to target advertisements to you for products and services in which you might be interest. Ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, pixels, LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. Google analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. This data is
shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having your activity on the Services available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google
