COLORADO SPRINGS, CO / January 23, 2025 Come and See is pleased to announce the installment of the organization’s newly-appointed executive suite as they look to launch a new season of global growth.

In November 2024, James Barnett was installed as Chief Executive Officer of Come and See to provide strategic leadership for the organization as it seeks to expand its global reach to reach one billion people with the authentic Jesus. Previously, Barnett served as president of DaySpring, a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards, which grew to one of the world’s largest Christian expressions resource providers under his leadership.

“I am deeply honored to serve alongside such a dedicated team to make the story of Jesus known in every corner of the earth,” said Barnett, Chief Executive Officer. “Our team is anticipating an incredible year and is hopeful as Come and See continues making a global impact.”

At the start of 2025, Barnett added to the capabilities and capacity of the executive team by bringing on key members to drive Come and See's vision for growth: Stephen Bos, who will serve as Chief Marketing Officer, and Mark McKane, who will serve as Chief Growth Officer. Bos and McKane bring decades of executive leadership experience, working with commercial and nonprofit organizations and boards. As part of the executive leadership team, Bos and McKane will participate in shaping Come and See’s strategic direction, driving long-term positioning, and maximizing the global reach and impact of content.

“I am thrilled to join the team at Come and See as we explore new avenues for sharing Jesus with the world,” said Stephen Bos, Chief Marketing Officer. “As we innovate together to share Gospel truth through world-class media and content, our team and partners are poised to amplify this next season of ministry across the global marketing landscape.”

“The growth Come and See has experienced over the past 3 years is truly impressive.  As we continue to grow and evolve, our capabilities and capacities must meet the growing needs of our ministry and business. I look forward to expanding our global reach with new, collaborative efforts that will meet this moment for our culture,” said Mark McKane, Chief Growth Officer.

Kira McCracken will move into the role of Chief Development Officer from her previous role as Vice President of Development. McCracken has devoted her career to elevating faith-based nonprofit organizations through strategic fundraising and donor stewardship. She will continue building on her work to advance the mission of Come and See by building relationships with supporters worldwide. Ryan Dunham will continue his work as Chief Operating Officer, leading the strategic development and structuring of Come and See’s operation.

“The story of Jesus gives us meaning and understanding,” said Kira McCracken, Chief Development Officer. “Because of the generosity of over 120,000 donors worldwide, we are able to bring this story to millions of people around the world, and this is just the beginning. I’m proud to work alongside such a dedicated, excellent team as we reach more hearts on our mission to introduce the story of Jesus to the world.”

"Our team of exceptional talent at Come and See is dedicated to nothing less than excellence," said Ryan Dunham, Chief Operating Officer. "We’re excited to build on strong momentum as we look to the future of our global impact with new, fresh, and engaging content.
